leah tully healthLeah Tully, in short, is a nutrition educator with a specialty food equity, as well as a fierce feminist and food activist. In 2014, she received her B.S. in Nutrition & Wellness from The University of New Hampshire, where she also studied Writing and Women’s Studies. Leah currently works as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Coordinator at the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHCACT). With a knack for writing and a passion for health promotion, her online work mostly revolves around health, nutrition and fitness. 

Leah has experience working for print and interactive brands with concentrations in the lifestyle, health and fitness sectors. Her technical specialties include, but are not limited to data management, analysis and nutrition research. Leah’s work has been published in or appeared in Her CampusBlood, Sweat & CheersMain Street Magazine, The New Hampshire and The Inquiry Journal.
